I dealt with Blackburne, the underwriting and legal work were very fair and results, spot on. Many borrowers will nay-say if they fail to qualify, too often fail to really document, to really even try as hard as their net knocks. This company was very efficient when I needed them, as mine is a more speculative arena. I do not do ads on another's line. I came across this and remember trading turn downs, some can do, others, well the net is a coercive tool at best. Use dog eared title reports, see the properties, verify the claims and documentation; diligence is only as beneficial as any given

These folks do not perform adequate due diligence, despite what you might assume, as I did. I lost a lot of money with them. Beware.
