These guys are real pros. We called them to repair our refrigerator because it wasn't cooling well. They gave us a reasonable estimate, they showed up when they said they would, and everything with the refrigerator repair went really smoothly.
Of course, I hope that we have no more need for their services, because refrigerator problems often come with big headaches, but I have added Georges Service to my rolodex for future needs and recommendations.I must admit that I dreaded the idea of finding a repairman for our washing machine. In the past the folks who had been sent out via our warranty contract were nightmares.

My refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. I called them on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. The technician did a call ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, found the part needed, and fixed. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them with appliance repair needs.

Please avoid them at any cost!! The technician came knew nothing about the dishwasher applicance. Don't fall into their star ratings in Goggle reviews. Do look at the poor ratings comments and determine whether you need to hire them. They know nothing about repair services or in the business of understanding the applicance technicalities. The technician who came had no clue with dishwaher repair. He did not to even open up and diagnose the issue. He started giving all the lame reason not to open the unit. All they want is to charge the service fee and be done with it. Avoid this company.

Outstanding Service! John came to my house today and totally solved my Samsung refrigerator issue. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he provided lots of good tips that will save me from repair issues in the future and possibly reduce any future service calls. I would love to give a BIG Shout out to George Services for sending technician Mike to the recuse. My washer was down on a Friday and I Contact my Next Door Neighborhood for help. On a 3 day weekend and lockdown not many takers. I will never forget George Services and Awesome Mike.
