They were not able to fix it on the first visit but did keep up communication and fix the freezer on the follow up. He did show up during the window of time he gave me and let me know what the issue was and when he would be able to resolve the issue. Very professional and great communication. I would recommend.

I had the owner Floyd come out 2 times to look at my dryer the first time he came in for 5 seconds opened the dryer door and said “ oh it’s a electrical problem because the light does not turn on ... that’s not my job call a electrician” and charged me the $50 service fee for “finding the problem “ WHICH HE DID NOT DO ! I had a electrician come out and they found no problems ....
