I recently moved out of town and it’s so hard for me to get out to the area, but still make the trip out for check ups because I’ve been with your company for so long and have always had great service. Not anymore. Cheryl would not authorize my order for 1800Contacts for a simple re-order and wanted me to come in for another exam when my prescription was not expired. My entire family and myself will be taking our business and great insurance else where.

I writing on behalf of my wife and her recent experiences at Vision Associates of Westland. After several visits (3 or 4) and different pairs of lenses that didn't improve her vision, she opted to have her old perscription put into her old frames. She was looking to improve her reading vision and vision at the computer. Initial visit and exam $116 Feb 2012. Follow up visit 3 weeks later, exam and lenses $461. And that was with her old frames. Total $577.00 and no improvement.
She now has one pair with the 'new prescription' and one pair with the old prescription. Neither one is "right." That's
