Be careful before you take a place here. There are no security measures at all. No cameras. No gates closed at night so basically anybody can come here. The office does not accept your packages so if you buy something online, it's mostly going to be stolen. My package has been stolen 3 times and no action has been taken by the authorities. The laundry machines are old that they don't dry the cloths properly. Waiting for the end of lease.

After 3 years of living at Newell Vista Apartments, I have witnessed s a significant decline in the quality of living standards in the complex. The ownership of the complex have been notified many times of the declining security situation. There are zero gates or security cameras on the premises. Every month, there is either an auto burglary or break in. The community mailbox is repeatedly broken into, despite it's location to the main office. The parking garage has no gate and is open from the street. This has made it an easy target for thieves and those who like to use the garage as a spot for
