If i could give zero stars I would! Its a dump and they claimed i was in the nicest room! If you do end up staying here DO NOT LEAVE Valuable possessions in the room. They will come in with out your permission!!!! I left and I had the TV on with they light in the bathroom. Came back and it was shut off. I asked the room service lady she claimed she only spoke Spanish but when I got out google translate she started to walk off. I know a little bit of Spanish so I know she knows what I was talking about.

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever been to. 1st day we notice furniture looks old and worn. The bedding was too small for the bed. The front desk lady couldn’t stop talking about fees. 100$ pet fee for having dog (which was never in the hotel room) , NEVER GAVE US OUR 30$ DEPOSIT BACK AFTER CHECKING OUR ROOM ON THE LAST DAY AND SEEING THAT NOTHING IS WRONG. on the last day a room 2 rooms down was packing there stuff to leave and told me they found BED BUGS. After confronting the front desk lady and trying to work with her she was completely disrespectful so we asked for the BOSS she then proceeded

Good for the price. The room was pretty clean except the bed spread had all kinds of stains on them. They also charge for ice. When we checked in they told us check out time was 10:30 am (must places check out at 11) but when I had gone out to my truck at 9:50 one of the housekeepers told me check out was at 10. So much for getting ready.

Very very awful! I hated my two day stay here. The man was a gentleman but his wife or girlfriend that works at the front is completely disrespectful and needs to take consideration how she speaks to people. She’s very rude! She really tried to scam me out of my money and she wouldn’t give me my $30 deposit that they ask for. Oh yeahh and she threatened to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave and I wanted to talk to other manger. Her the man I was dealing with the first night. But when I was checking out he was on the phone. I wanted to wait til he got off the phone but she wouldn’t let

One of the worse places to stay ever they have Roaches in the rooms and they all have attitudes. No one told us when check out time was so we Assumed it was 11AM like any other place we'll we was wrong they literally came to are room at 10AM and kicked us out when we told them we thought it was 11AM like any other place around the room made started yelling at us about what time it was we did tell the manager about her being rude and all he said was it's OK she must of had along morning and left it as that we also told him about the Roaches in the room and he called us liers. This place is dated, beware of rules that are not given you until you get to the room...
They are in a book in a drawer pull them out and read them carefully!
If you bring a guest to your room it cost $5.00 even for a few minutes if you don't pay you get kicked out.
Here are some photos of the room and the guest rules. Also how much things cost. So make sure everything that is supposed to be in your room is in your room when you check in.
Oh they don't have hot water to take a shower with it is warm but not hot. He was supposed to get it fixed. No other rooms in town that weekend I had

So in my travels to Rogers, Arkansas on a bit of working vacation, I had booked a stay at the Guest Inn via Expedia.com. The price was more than reasonable for lodging and it was located in an area close to where I needed to be. My arrival was anticipated and overall my stay was a positive one.
Now keep in mind this is an independent hotel. It's not part of a chain. So if you're the type that is expecting a luxurious suite quality room on a traveler's budget, then you're going to be disappointed. This hotel is a basic stay kind of place. There's no frills or fluffed up
