A daily activity pass (small fee) includes parking, wi-fi access, hot tub privilege, walking tour, pool and resort activities at the Crescent Hotel and complimentary shuttle service to go between properties.
The Arrival procedure at the Basin Park Hotel can be a little challenging thus the staff of the hotel recommends that guests arriving at the property follow the procedure as listed below. Remember we were built when a well-fed horse was the largest form of transportation. Return to your car, proceed to the hotel parking area, and use the welcome center phone for hotel shuttle pick up to bring you back to the hotel.
The Balcony Restaurant menu is built around hearty appetizers, live music, and fun food and is known as a must-stop during any Eureka Springs Get-a-way. Its unique location, on the "balcony" of The Iconic Basin Park Hotel, offers a unique bar and three dining areas while serving as a central stop during a great day of shopping.
The legend begins back in 1895 when a young man named William Duncan gathered two of his friends to form the Basin Springs Hotel Company of Eureka Springs. This syndicate owned several local businesses, including controlling interest in Ozarka Water, which was shipped water to restaurants and railway dining cars in surrounding states.
Appetizer service will all be individual plated offerings presented/covered at each place setting. Event diagrams to be reviewed on an event-by-event basis to ensure appropriate social distancing guidelines meet all county, state, federal and CDC guidelines. Site inspections and client meetings/planning sessions will be done virtually or appropriately social distanced.
