Hi, My name is Montana, having worked in the fitness industry for the past three years, I've seen the good and the bad. I've found a lot of conflicting and sometimes harmful advice on how to treat my body. I would follow a trend for a while, find it not work, and start over with a new trend. Eventually, I said "Enough!"
I wanted to learn the science for myself. Since then I have dedicated myself to researching and teaching health and fitness. Working with all kinds of people I started to notice a trend; a lot of them wanted a quick fix; to go on a cleanse, start an over the top fitness program, or crash diet their way to losing a few pounds.

I've been training with Montana for about 5 months now and it has been a truly rewarding experience! She has put together a progressive program taking me from doing just corrective exercises up to now building strength and endurance. And all the while keeping it interesting and diverse -- I never get bored while exercising.
