Tara has been such a great help to not only myself but my daughter. She had helped me with a plan and recommendations to lower my cholesterol and she has also helped us with our daughter's digestive issues. I have been a client of Tara's for 6 months and I have found her services to be spectacular! I met with Tara on a weekly basis over video chat. This worked really well for my busy work and travel schedule. She created an easy to follow nutrition plan that was tailored to my busy and on the go lifestyle. She also helped me make some overall lifestyle changes that significantly impacted my eating habits. Tara is incredibly responsive, kind, open, and warm. I found Tara through Yelp and I'm glad I did. I was able to schedule a consultation quickly. I think her prices are great and she does have payment plans for some of her services. Soon after my first appointment I decided to go ahead and complete Metabolic Testing and also had a Meal Plan created. The metabolic test was a real eye opener and I'm so happy I completed the test.

I went to Tara to get my nutrition in check/actually pay attention to what I'm putting in my body and how its impacting me. I started working with Tara 6 or 7 months before my wedding. I had high hopes that the pounds would drop off the minute I walked in the door. Well, that is not how life works. I enjoyed meeting with Tara and I like her personality. I was impressed with the amount of work that went into the initial plan after the consultation. The packet was both informative and interesting. I was looking for a more comprehensive plan that included lots of support, check-ins, fitness tips, and a clear road path to a goal. We had weekly check-ins, but I didn't feel they were customized exactly for me or that I was a top priority. I would suggest more tracking apps or feedback to improve results.

Tara rocks! I went in for my free consultation and she was SO HELPFUL!! We went over my daily eating log and she immediately identified my growth areas and provided over 15 super useful suggestions for ways to tweak my eating habits. She showed me 5 websites for recipe ideas and ways to streamline my weekly eating routine so I don't run to sugar for a quick fix. I can't say enough great things about Tara. She truly looks at the individual and does not try to force one cookie-cutter treatment on to everyone.
She is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to do research if there is something she is not familiar with.

I was recently having a reaction to a Vega product that no one had ever heard of and was trying to figure out what was going on with my body. after calling my Dr., the pharmacy, GNC, and whole foods i decided to look up nutritionists on yelp and found tara. she was straight forward and honest and took the time to look up the ingredients and discuss them with me even though i was not her client. she answered my questions more thoroughly than any one i had talked to and suggested some alternate options i could go with. i am VERY grateful!! thank you so much tara! i will definitely send people her

After I signed up for a 3 month pack I found that I had to remind Tara (a few times) to send over the meal plan so I could get started. She owned up to it the first time this happened and the second and third. It left me wondering, Am I not that important to her?, I was after all, a paying customer. I recently left her a message and guess what, no call back. Her advice and information was helpful...but not following through makes leery to recommend to friends.

I was introduced to Tara last year when I hit a plateau in my fitness goals and determined that I needed to tweak my diet.
