A small sample of things we can treat include: fibromyalgia, headache, carpal tunnel syndrome, acute or chronic lumbar, thoracic, or cervical pain, trigger point pain, whip lash, stroke rehabilitation, gait disturbances, and general weakness.

Services
Multiple services are offered at REAL Rehab and Fitness specializing in physical therapy utilizing land and aquatic applications. Massage therapy is also offered. We have worked with multiple ages and diagnostic conditions. Whether you need treatment, want to body build, or simply stay in shape, REAL is the place to be!
Aerobics 1 - Range of motion exercises to help with movement of joints, strength, and balance. Adult Swim - Open to water exercise clients or swimmers. Age 16 & up. These times are for swimming laps, or exercise only, no splashing and "horse play" is allowed during this time. If you have a child under 16 who needs to swim laps or exercise you may check with the attendant to see if it may be allowed.
1991 graduate of University of Evansville, Evansville, IN with BS in Physical Therapy. 2010 graduate from St Louis University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have been practicing physical therapy since 1991 and specialize in outpatient orthopedic treatments including aquatic therapy. I am the owner of REAL Rehabilitation, P.C. and Fitness, which opened in 1997.
