Everyone is right there when we call; you can really tell the staff loves the residents and their jobs. We love it here and we would never go anywhere but Southgate. Southgate Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers a choice of private or double occupancy rooms. Our rooms are designed for optimized care and to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment for our residents and the family members who visit them. Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with personal items to create a sense of familiarity and home.
At Southgate Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the services and amenities we offer our skilled nursing residents are designed to help them maintain the highest level of wellness and quality of life possible while in our care. Southgate inpatient rehabilitation clients enjoy home-cooked nutritious breakfasts, lunches and dinners from our onsite restaurant.
Southgate partners with ONR, Inc., a national leader in rehabilitation services to provide high quality physical, occupational and speech therapy services both outpatient and inpatient. ONR's therapists are trained, licensed medical professionals committed to helping patients in our care reach their highest level of functional potential.
Southgate's outpatient rehabilitation services can help adults of any age overcome physical and cognitive challenges caused by injury, illness or other health issues through physical, occupational, or speech therapy. Patients are referred to us by their health care providers. A trained, licensed physical therapist then evaluates their condition, identifying functional abilities and deficits.
