The interdisciplinary team at River Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation, including a Certified Wound Nurse, uses physician-directed protocols to achieve successful outcomes, which can aid in your quick recovery and enable you to return home as soon as possible. The palliative care services at River Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary care program for patients with advanced illnesses.
Each month, River Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation provides a Chef's Selection Dinner, which showcases gourmet cuisine from around the world. Our team is specially trained to create a meal each month that focuses on a specific region or theme. This special evening gives our residents the feeling of a night out at a five-star restaurant.

Excellent facility with dedicated, hardworking staff who truly care for the residents. The management team and staff are very attentive, caring and kind. The changes are apparent everywhere you look. As soon as you come through the door you can see how everyone pulled together as a team to make River Haven the best facility in the area; great culture! The residents are happy and always smiling. One of the best facility’s I’ve ever been in. Top notch care, I highly recommend! And the Administrator is pretty cute to!

I have a family member in River Haven. River Haven has the safety of the residents in top priority. I have been on different times and days of the week. They are always cleaning! They treat the residents with respect and compassion. They have rehabilitation, assist with bathing, and have activities. I'm very pleased with how they treat my family member.

Under the new leadership River Haven has excelled to be the best facility around here. Any issue I have is handled quickly and I know my family will be safe and well taken care of. The building looks great and the staff is very kind and friendly. Great food and lots activities to. Very friendly staff.

The goal at River Haven is to provide excellent care to our residents. River Haven staff do that and beyond! We have the greatest Activity department around! We want to enhance the quality of life to our residents and MAKE SURE they have fun! We also engage them in meaningful activities, provide socials, bus rides, wine tasting (approved by a doctors consent) and so much more

Best facility around!!! The staff are always there to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. The changes are amazing. I’m so impressed with how far this facility has came in the last year. The building looks awesome and the residents are well taken care of an happy. I would highly recommend.
