We've been frequent Taco Tuesday customers at another local Mexican restaraunt for years. We've been meaning to try this one but just out of habit, have always gone to the other. This week, we decided to give Mi Hacienda a try for Taco Tuesday & it was one of those discoveries that I'm hesistant on leaving a review because I selfishly love that it's not over the top crowded & we can get right in. But the food here really shouldn't be kept a secret.
The chicken tacos melt in your mouth & the beef tacos are chocked full of meat & season wonderfully. The best part, there's not an inch of grease on

Tried this place with a friend as she lives nearby. I tried the steak street tacos, a fried taco and a margarita. Meh....not anything worth going back for. The steak was chopped up but that were flavored ok but the taco consisted of meat and onion that was it. Fried taco was aw right but it was pretty bland. Our waiter left midservice which was cool cause he really wasn't very attentive. Overall I wouldn't return as there are far too many other options for Hispanic cuisine.

A classic Mexican restaurant with a classic Mexican taste. Nice comfortable feel, and nothing too fancy. The service was very attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. The house salsa was definitely better than average, fresher and with a nice base spice level. I had the burrito Rio Grande, which was somewhat different than what I'm accustomed to, but was still delicious all the same. The food was great, portion sizes were generous as always, and the prices were surprisingly lower than you would expect at a comparable establishment.
