People are living outside of your complex and still wondering what you're going to do to solve their issues with no avail. there's black mold from ceiling to floor a ceiling caved in and still having to pay… rent. Management has yet to respond to any concerns but has the time to delete comments from Facebook. I'm not only angry I'm hurt and I will be going where ever I need to get answers.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Wanda Godfrey. I choose Emerald Pointe because they have the floor plan that I wanted and the apartments are beautiful. The staff made me feel at home, but Wanda is awesome and has always been a great help. If you deal with her you'll be in great hands. I'll recommend Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes to everyone!

Ty the Leasing Agent was absolutely phenomenal in helping choose Emerald Pointe as my home and prior to moving in he was always available to answer any questions I had regarding my move. Ty made the process smooth and seamless. This place is beautiful and I love my new apartment. Excellent service by Ty! Absolutely amazing work! Highly, Highly recommend.

This complex has come a long way since under new owners. These owners have upgraded the buildings completely with more to come. They are designed nicely with several floor plans to choose from. they off great amenities.
The staff is very professional and friendly. They have a good policy on select tenants, which made me comfortable about who my future neighbor could be.
I had the pleasure of touring with Tyronne Boden. Such a nice guy. He was well informed on his product

My family have stayed at the Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes twice (in 2020 & 2021) and both times have been an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience. Throughout my life, I have stayed at various rental properties in different cities and I can certainly tell when the place is something that I would call home or not. At the Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes, the staff has always been genuinely courteous and respectful whenever you meet them. Whether it is your first time visit to check out the property or your end of tenancy, the staff at the leasing office has always been helpful and cheerful

Been here for two years and have had nothing but headache. Trying to get any maintenance done is near impossible. Currently 8 months pregnant and have severe mold growth that the complex hasn't fixed after 3 work orders over the past month. It is affecting my breathing badly and constantly concerning me over the health of my baby. I have started… showering at work or the gym because I don't want the hot water to help the mold grow even more. Front office doesnt seem concerned at all no matter how many times I have called or reported the issue. Was scheduled for repairs today and no one has

I am a current resident here for about 3 months and i LOVE it so much. Front office staff is amazing. I appreciate London and all that she does to make sure i feel loved and welcomed here as a new resident. Upon meeting her she was friendly and efficient. Anything i need as far as maintenance gets handled swiftly and the complex is clean at all times. I cannot stress enough how much i love living here and have no plans on moving. Thank you London for all that you’ve done for me during this trying time. I cannot thank you enough.

Lived at these apartments 4 years before moving out of state!!! Had not one complaint!!! Loved the staff, my apartment and the quietness!!! Never had one problem w my apartment!!!! If was also convenient due… to my job being a mile or less away!! If ever I decide to move back to NOLA, I’d probably moved back to these apartments!!! Photos of my last 2 days at the apartment!!!
