Roaches, mold, extremely old appliances, carpet in the one bedroom has got to be over 30 years old. Parking lot has no lights in the building on your right side as you drive in. Only thing they keep up is view as you drive in the ground is the only thing that appears to new tenant that everything is all good but it's not. Manager will not allow you to see e actual apartment until you get the keys

I advise NO ONE to rent here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Sara, Melina, and Sophia are VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.

The apartment was definitely outdated, the stove was from the 1900’s. 2 burners never worked, when office was contacted, we were told that we had to pay for the burners. Everything you reading about these apartments is true. I stayed here for one year and from day one I did not agree with the apartment. Unfortunately, I leased during the time when COVID first came about and My back was against the wall to sign the lease first without viewing it. My bathrooom sink was caved in on the side, the carpet was stained and the dish washer was broke. When I told Sophia she told me to write down all the problems I see and it would be reported to maintenance for them to come out and fix. Me being a naive I believed her

My wife and I were long time residents . We rented our apartment for 10 years at 80 thousand dollars. We were very surprised on the they treated us at the time of departure. I was a Military living in condition that were unbearable the problems were:
1. Mold
2. Roaches
3. Rushing around the sinks.
4. Misplacing my rent 3 times.
I never complained about things. I will not recommend no person to rent here. Also, the water would dip from the upstairs apartment and leave Mold and caused breathing dirty toxins in the apartments

This place is full of problems. Every negative thing mentioned in the other reviews is true. The owner obviously doesn't care either. All they do is provide the same cookie cutter response to negative reviews while nothing changes. I applied for an upgraded apartment with washer and dryer hookups (Sarah had told me it came with a washer and dryer but it didn't) which was being offered at a discounted price. Later I find out the rent was higher than originally quoted. When my move in date arrives I go there to find out the unit didn't even have washer dryer hookups and was not ready. They eventually

I would not recommend Anyone to stay here they do not like to repair or fix anything my home was infested with mold and mildew and they did not do anything about it but ask for their rent .melina and Sophia are so unprofessional and do not try to help their tenants they get attitudes and start getting loud . They really need new management at these properties.

This is a horrible establishment. Their apartments were molded and some units destroyed for hurricane Ida. Some units were unlivable and they still would not relocate tenants to another building and on top of that still collected rent. Due to management lying and ignoring tenants people were forced to move elsewhere because nothing was fixed and management had no resolution for tenants. Property manager will hide in her office, Ignore emails and fake like she’s not there. What’s the point of being a property manager if you cant resolve issues on site or even talk to the tenants. DO NOT MOVE

This place is by far the worse and nastiest apartment complex I lived in. The amount of roaches and mold in the apartment is unbearable. There units are old, too old. They need to be torn down and remodel. Management is even worse. They definitely have a nasty attitude, especially Melina. I definitely won’t recommend this place to no one. Not even bum on the street. This place needs new management.

I have been living at St. Germaine for almost 4 years. The office staff has been amazing. Anytime I have called about a complaint or if anything needed to be repaired, they took care of it all in a timely manner. They all have always responded in a nice and professional manner. In the most difficult situations, they have made things bearable.

Sarah and Melina have been rude and unprofessional. I originally applied for a one bedroom, got a move in date for June 1st. I contacted Sarah again to inquire about a two bedroom that was available, she had claimed to put me down for the two bedroom with a sooner move in date, which was great. I had called numerous times trying to bring my deposit and no one answered or returned my calls or messages. As it’s getting closer to the move in date still no communication, then I finally get in touch with them and Sarah tells me she forgot to put me down for the two bedroom and how “sorry” she

The roach problem was worst and they sent someone twice in a year who only put a few drops in kitchen. If anyone suffer such things please inbox me. Please review Videau too. The manager and Spanish girl in office spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and told me "we don't clean carpet even when it was soaking wet".
