Franklin Street Bakery is an SQF-certified, wholesale bakery that's been providing the country's top restaurants, retail stores and food service operations with premium artisan breads, sliced breads, buns and hoagies since 1994. Our products are fully baked, frozen, and distributed by our broad line distribution partners.
We believe not only in the overall quality of our products, but also in the quality of the ingredients within each product. We use only the finest ingredients, combined with carefully developed recipes, in order to create consistent, high quality products that satisfy the diverse needs of our customers.

Services
The beginnings of Franklin Street Bakery can be traced back to the pastry kitchen of one of the restaurants owned by current bakery owners Wayne Kostroski and Mark Haugen. The restaurant had gained a reputation for developing great breads and pastries that soon were requested by other Minneapolis restaurants, hotels and retail stores.
Working at Franklin Street Bakery is challenging, rewarding and fun. We believe strongly in creating a motivating work environment, in which all of our employees are invited to do their best work.
