When I decided to move from Portland to Salem I was reffered to" Salem Real Estaste Group" by an Agent that had, had the listing for my primary rescidence in Portland, where I resided for the last 25 years. Dewey and the highly trained professionals at the Salem Real Estate group sold our home in record time. The first day of the open house our property sold for more than market value. The advice on house prep and staging were invaluable. The photos and 360 view pictures were wonderful. Wow, just wow. The Salem Real Estate Group is just a gem of a team here in Salem. Home buying can be a very daunting process, especially during the first time, but this team made it so much easier. Communication was top-notch from beginning to the end and they were so patient with our endless questions. We moved here from out of state and worked with them mainly remotely due to Covid and it could not have been more stress-free and seamless. Dewey did a great job negotiating selling price, which was to her benefit as well in terms of commission. In the entire month leading up to closing, I had no contact from Dewey whatsoever; her admin assistant handled everything. This was a million dollar transaction on commercial property, and I had expected some support at closing, but no one from her office showed up. There were a few wrinkles, and I had several questions, which fortunately the agent at Amerititle was able to handle for me. Have not heard a word from Salem Real Estate Group since. Hi! I would like to recommend Dewey Whitton to be your real estate agent! We sold our home with Salem Real Estate Group. I would be hard pressed to recommend them. It took a very long time for us to get our home sold. My husband and I had to be very proactive in dropping the price instead of being advised. I would recommend shopping around for a more responsive realtor when selling a high end property.

We were referred to Dewey and Salem Real Estate Group by a "Leaving California" Facebook Group. After talking to Dewey, we were quickly setup with our own web portal to create & track the homes that fit our criteria. When we finally went to Salem to house shop, Dewey and her staff ran us through 20 homes in 3 days (our schedule). We found our home and offer was accepted on day 4. We did all the paperwork for the loan from out of state, and it was very easy. The Salem Real Estate Group is an A++ office and highly recommended.
