Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

We have lived here almost two years. Up until a few months ago it was ok. After the original staff and maintenance personal left it has gone down the drain. Lighting in the complex is next to none. There is one dumpster for the entire complex there is no security to see what is happening in here or who the bad tenants are. I have complained about the open storage unit for two years still nothing has been done to secure the doors kids play in them and at night it is pitch dark out there. I have asked to have my stove fixed for months and have been told that it is not a priority not good just a roof

My dad lived there a little under a year. The former office manager that helped my dad move in in May of 2020 was very nice and helpful. The new office manager that took over when she left was rude, unhelpful, didn't return calls, and didn't seem to care about her residents. In early mid-March 2021, I called the office to say that my dad has to go to assisted living and and would be moving on April 8, and asked the office staff what they needed from me or my dad. The secretary/assistant said she didn't know and would have the office manager call me back. She never called back. So I called again

I've spoken with the regional manager and the leasing office manager about the issues I've written about here. Good news. Since my original review a few things have been addressed.
The play area has been cleaned up and is now nice enough for kids to play in. The one major issue of potholes has been addressed! They have all been dug out and professionally fixed, not just patch jobs. Word has it the rest of the parking lot will be seal coated in a few weeks. The management team has listened and heard what has been said. I believe other changes are coming to the exterior

Don’t waste your time with this place . Got told I qualified & then after I gave them my application fee got told I didn’t qualify. Applied a year ago and got approved but had some personal things come up and couldn’t move in then, now I re applied with the same income and all everything the same and now I’m denied and don’t qualify. What a joke.

I’ve lived here 3 years and some months. It’s not a bad place to live at. Pretty quite. My only problem with this apartment place is. I asked for a 2 bedroom when I first moved in and they said I was able to get a 2 bedroom last minute they said I couldn’t get so I took the one bed room. My other complaint is they stuck me in where there is older people living in my building the older lady is not bad she is nice but the old man below me is a complete A** he is constantly making remarks to me and my boyfriend and to his children when they come over or if they go by his car. We have been long term residents and have had barely, if any, issues!
The office staff and maintenance are amazing, prompt and courteous. The complex has strict rules and guidelines to ensure its residents have a clean and safe environment as to live. I appreciate these rules because they help maintain the integrity of the property and I feel safe raising my family here.

I placed a maintenance request via phone by leaving a message after hours on the office machine. Shortly after the office opened the next business day, I received a phone call from the office staff to let me know that they had received my request for maintenance and that an order had been placed. From the time I placed the call until our maintenance man, Ken, fixed the problem was just a short time. Ken then followed up with me a couple days later to be sure that I still wasn't having any problems. Ken is a great maintenance person and does a fantastic job at Maple Tree Apartments.

My mother has been a long term resident and we were considering moving her to another complex and it was not because of the apartment. The apartments are wonderful. It was the office staff. They were rude and had no clue what they were doing. My mother had gone 6 months without a lease! That changed over the last couple of months when the new manager took over. He treats my mother with respect even though she is elderly, does not hear well, and can be "sometimes" difficult. He walks the complex everyday and speaks to her when she is on the porch. The plays is one of the old fashion mob style of businesses "not saying it is run by the mob" just saying that think they are above it all. The apartments are income based so you can get a deal on the rent but you are sacrificing in just about ever other way like TV service you can get it on your own for anywhere from $30+ and up but if you live there you are going to pay $50+ for less you can have Direct TV but you will pay $150 just to have it put in and not to Direct TV there fees are not included as for Internet it is about the same you half to get Frontier and the best they can offer

These apartments are terrible. The decks are shared with the neighbors next to you. So the first neighbors we had were a bunch of teenagers with kids. They would leave their children out on the deck whenever they cry and at night whenever they were on the phone they would stand out there. So we could hear EVERYTHING they said. The girls would always be getting in fights and yelling at each other on the deck and my 18month old heard words I was hoping he wouldn't hear till he was in school.
