RED FLAGS abound,folks! Seriously, WATCH about everything related to your move in!! Online quoted prices & move in date(s)... (now. There goes a few months of plans..) after your approval. INTERNET ( for us nerds..) is... sketchy, nicely put. They have it exclusively with THEIR choice of "provider". ( No Xfinity or any outside providers at ALL allowed besides theirs,their modem choice ALL THIS BEFORE I move in..)

I advice people NOT to move here it is a horrible place to live GHETTO and not just that but also the lady's in the office are unprofessional and very rude always giving out the wrong information and when they mess up they just put it all on you and let it be your problem even if you are a good tenet because I was a very good one but that doesn't matter to them they have no respect for the people that lives in the community

It's a place to live. While it isn't terrible, the place is definitely over priced. When I moved in they barely cleaned it before I got into the apartment. The office staff is wonderful, so none of this is about them. Things to consider before moving in.
Rent is around 900 mark, you're restricted to their internet and have to drop so least $150 into a new router box and modem. Some units don't have central air, just heating. They give you an ac unit that barely cools the place. The maintenance guys seem to do bare minimum from the apartment when I got it. The apartment building is pretty old,

A few weeks ago my father in law passed unexpectedly. Being from out of town, we scrambled to clean out his apartment. He was a resident for 19 years at this apartment complex. The facility provided no assistance with the effort. We traveled 14 hours to remove belongings and furniture. The manager told us that no maintenance personnel were allowed to move furniture or help in any way. He had a 3rd floor apartment. I find it very concerning that a patron of this many years had not earned any assistance from the facility. Very sad. We did get it all done, no thanks to anyone on site.

I’ve been at Normandy for over a year and I love this place so much. Very pretty buildings and surroundings and I have a beautiful cozy 2 bedroom apartment very quiet, lots of parking space and the outdoor pool and games club is very pretty. The maintenance guys are very helpful they are available 24 hours and come to my aide right away. The new manager 10/2018 is a woman and she is very loving and understanding. I am so glad I did not listen to the bad reviews. It's a very great place to be at.
