This place is a terrible place to live a/c doesn’t work at all during the summer An workers are too lazy to fix it anything wrong with any apt so during summer your stuck in your apt sweating all summer like me don’t move here seriously

I've lived at the carriage houses since I was one. I absolutely love it here! It was here when I learned to ride a bike, pulled my first tooth, and get a girlfriend.

The parking lot on the east side, facing Andrew Avenue, floods every time it rains. Residents' cars have been damaged by the water and are on their own to cover repairs. This in addition to numerous rules that are not regularly enforced by the property management and resident complaints that go unanswered.
