One of our favorite treasures is the Olmsted Shop. You'll feel right at home when you wander in and spend leisurely time walking around every new corner discovering a new curiosity. From soaps to bees, indoor plants, gardening supplies to trinkets. We love for you to get to know the region through our tasteful choices in local wares and produce and the stories, farmers and craftsmen who brought them to the Olmsted's shop.

Outstanding Landscaping company!!
Olmsted’s is hands down the best experience I have ever had working with a home remodel/repair/landscape company. They laid out the perfect vision for our yard and patio redesign and the results are spectacular.
It was a huge project, but they finished the job in 3 weeks and were responsive and productive every step along the way. Very professional crew with outstanding results. Their attention to detail and quality of work is 2nd to none.
Cannot recommend Olmsted’s Landscaping enough!

I've always liked Olmsted's Nursery, but when I stopped by this morning an employee walked right up to me and started tying up plants with his mask around his chin. (I mean... I'm glad his chin was toasty, but that's not really the POINT of masks, you know?) I understand that he might be vaccinated, but *I* haven't qualified for a vaccine yet, so I went back to my car and drove to a different nursery, where the prices are higher but everyone was masked up.

I love to stop in to Olmsted's just to see what new things I might find. Linda is always a joy to talk to and as a fellow plant lover and long-time gardener she generously shared her wealth of knowledge with customers, including me! Jen is also very helpful and has helped me numerous times. They have expanded their hardscape offerings and have a good variety of plants consolidated into a smaller and more manageable size for a quick look/see. I can get in and get out in a reasonable amount of time. And their specialty produce brought in from Central Washington is always a draw as well. Fresh Asparagus

Purchased a truck load of soil from these guys today. The clerk helped me figure out how much I needed, what kind would be best, and helped make it a quick and easy process to purchase and load. Looks like high quality soil as well for a much cheaper price than buying it in bags at the big box stores.

I have been wanting to purchase some plants but with the guidelines from the health department regarding the coronavirus, I have been hesitant. I called the nursery and had the greatest conversation with a woman named Elizabeth. I gave her the name of a variety of annuals and perennials I was looking for and color combinations. I even sent her pictures of my pots from last year in hopes of creating a similar theme for this year. She picked out the majority of what I was looking for, charged it over the phone and I was able to do a curb side pickup. I was way beyond thrilled that I could support

Beautiful trees. Great customer service. They made us feel like apart of the family. We pulled up and were told to pick any tree we wanted provided it was 4' or taller. Hot cocoa and apple cider was being served, the kids were pleased. Great photo opportunities and the staff were all willing and able to help cut the trees and load them on the vehicles. This will be our go to every Christmas.
Aside from its beauty you definitely can't beat the price for a fresh tree of your choice

Olmsted's Nursery is an absolute gem in North Kitsap. The new building is well thought out and the grounds are very spacious and they even have a good truck on site. Their prices are very fair, and you can always find a smokin deal in the clearance section (80% off!). Their bulk gravel and soil prices can't be beat. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. A real treat working with them.

Cute little nursery/market. It's literally on the side of the main road making it very easy to stop in.
I discovered my favourite fern here with the help of their friendly staff. I haven't been able to find that same type of fern at other nurseries in the area. I'm just waiting for spring time to go back and get more unique plants!

Almost did not stop by this little place. Would have been a big mistake!! They have a surprisingly large selection of interesting plants - grasses, conifers, natives, etc. A knowledgeable and helpful staff. Competitive prices. I was so taken with them I drove an hour to go back the next day and buy more plants for a small project. Highly recommend!

Every time I go here, there's always the freshest fruit. Whatever may be in season! And always cheaper than at grocery stores. The apples are never mealy. Perhaps they just don't stock them, if they're mealy, or something like that. Always crunchy sweet. Y'know how sometimes you buy apples that are cheap and they taste like slightly-sweet soft potatoes? I've never had that happen when buying apples here. They also have cherries when they're in season. And the peaches... I've been burned at some stands where they sell peaches after they're really not sweet
