This place. The pool is never cleaned. They closed it because it was growing algae. The hot tub and fire place doesn’t work. They have taken the treadmill, the bike and one of the ellipticals out of the gym the few months I have been there. They put in a rower which is not as beneficial to the community as a treadmill would be. The gym is NEVER cleaned. The appliances are old. The dishwasher doesn’t clean your dishes. The refrigerator leaks and when you ask for the filter to be changed they say the don’t know how. The charge way to much rent to be living at these standards. We could be paying

The most unprofessional apartment complex I've ever lived at. They say the open at 9 am Monday through Friday, but they don't show up until around 11. They never answer the phones or emails. I've submitted 2 maintenance requests on the same thing months ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. DO NOT apply here. It may look nice on the outside, but management is terrible.

I have been at the Ranch 123 for almost 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have not had a single problem go unresolved or unattended. Maintenance is always on top of things and working around the place. From shoveling snow while we stay warm in our apartments to putting in a maintenance request and then being here in 24 hours or less! The guys are so polite and friendly. Vanessa is fantastic she helped us get squared away and moved into are beautiful apartment. She answered all my annoying phone calls and questions prior to being a resident here and helped me

I was one of the first residents here at The Ranch 123 and plan to live out my days here because I am treated well. I see very hurtful comments to the people who take care of me and always have. My work orders are done, the girls in the office have gone above and beyond what I can ask to help in anything I need, and it has remained a beautiful property over the last 10 years. Technology was not the way we taught in my day, and when we were advised that we will now be required to do everything with a computer here at the complex Paula and Heather stepped me through the entire process with a smile
