Nice complex, it's true Monica is a 5 star Manager and has been so helpful to us. She would always go above and beyond to ensure everything we needed had been taken care of quickly. It's been such a pleasure and wonderful experience with her and her staff. Even the Maintenance man was so kind and courteous and did great work. They really care about their residents. Thank-you Middletowne!!!

Lived here never had issues. Everything was resolved in a quick manner. Spacious apartments for the price. Better than going to the other locations having to pay $1200 a month.
Management always involved the community with bingo and cookouts. She's a nice lady and I believe has done her part of taking care of the community.

I lived in 3 states the last two years Mississippi, Georgia and now Texas. Middletowne has by far provided the best experience of the last three places I’ve lived. Monica and her staff are accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly. I may be moving again for work soon in early 2020. I hope the next place is as great as this one.

I have lived here for almost a year, and i love it! Every problem we have gets addressed and solved in a timely manner. The staff is really nice, Monica is the best property manager out there! She always involves the residents in fun residents functions, like bingo, pool parties, rock hunts, and other fun activities and ways to win prizes. The apartment is very spacious, lots of cabinet space, good size kitchen, and the upgraded units are GORGEOUS. If you are thinking about living here, just do it you won't regret it!

I am happy I have found my "home" at Middletowne Apartments, Seguin, TX. I have lived here almost two years and plan to stay. The apartment is comfortable and convenient to downtown. The Manager, Monica Sullivan is so pleasant and helpful. She goes out of her way to accommodate my needs. The Maintenance Staff is courteous and prompt to make repairs. We moved in March 31, 2017, when they had the $899 a month deal. Once we were settled in, Monica checked on us to make sure our move went smoothly. Every time we had a question or a concern, we would talk/email Monica and she would always find a way to take care of our concern and answer our questions.
The maintenance staff are always so attentive and friendly! When we put in a request online or call them, they always take care of the issue right away and somehow, make it so we do not run into the same issue again. They were also very accommodating in regards to our dogs; we were never put in
