From start to finish, nothing went well. Customer service and follow up were both nonexistent and lacked any sort of accountability. I was unable to get any sort of call back regarding damages done to my vehicle during the installation process. Thankfully, Safelite Services has stepped in to make the situation right. I would NOT recommend Expert Auto Glass under any circumstances.

Had an 8 inch crack on the windshield of my Hyundai Santa Fe. Chris came out to fix it and was fantastic. On time, professional, and very friendly. Explained everything he was doing and the diagnostics behind the car. Start to finish took about 45 minutes. The finished product looks fantastic. Their name says it all, from the moment I called and talked to them and through the windshield install the next day, this company and ALL of their employees are actual experts and a pleasure to do business with. The windshield was replaced at my home and in my driveway complete with total cleanup. The price was incredible, best in town, and the installers were terrific. I found expert auto glass repair on Yelp. Because they had a five-star rating on there I sent them a message requesting a quote. Within 30 minutes Heather responded back with a detailed quote including cost and warranty info for my 2016 Fiat. They were able to come to my home the very next day installation only took about 30 minutes. Both employees that replaced my front windshield were very professional. Windshield looks great! And I will definitely do business with expert Auto Glass repair next time..
