I saw the reviews and was worried i was going to get a bad product. Its not all that bad. They are a few things that they need to change up to make this place better and that is the reason for this 3 star.
The cinnamon roll i ate was baked really well. The only issue was the icing. It tasted like it was mixed with something. It had a artificial taste, but the icing should have tasted like good vanilla.
1. My thoughts is that in the process of mixing the icing, the other flavors may have mixed in with the vanilla icing that was used on the cinnamon rolls because that's what the icing tasted like

If a rating in the negatives were an option, I would choose that. Roaches would run, ants would retreat, flies would return to dung. One of my friends bought 5 cakes last week - strawberry, vanilla, red velvet, Oreo, and Oreo cheesecake - and when we tried them, we almost vomited. I was so disappointed and spit every single bite out. Something is wrong with the flour, the alternative ingredients, whoever is baking, or something. I bought a key lime cake and 3 small cheesecake cakes (2 red velvet & 1 strawberry) this week for my sons birthday. While the cheesecake red velvet cake tasted expired and weird on the cheesecake part. Then I also had the strawberry cheesecake cake and that one was good didn’t taste weird at all. But the actual key lime 8’ cake was very mushy in certain parts and other parts was hard and dry, and it was super sweet I couldn’t even eat the cream part. Made my stomach hurt after eating it. I can say I wouldn’t go back here to buy cakes.

A Vegan bakery so you can indulge without the guilt...kinda. The big question...how good are vegan desserts. The only thing noticeably different is texture with the flavor being better particularly with the strawberry. I have tried the strawberry cheese cake, layer cake, chocolate chocolate cup cake and chocolate chip cookies. My favorite is the strawberry layer. My husband brought home some miniature cheesecakes and the pies had patches of mold on them. When my husband returned to the restaurant to see what could be done, the owner and staff offered nothing in exchange, no refund or new FRESH pies. I will not recommend this place due to the fact that they held no accountability of selling molded food. We can not trust the cleanliness of this establishment when they can not keep track of circulating the older molded baked goods out of rotation. Please if you purchase any baked goods, especially the cheesecakes double check for mold growth patches.

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister's party. OMG!!!! This cake was so delicious. You wouldn't even had known it was vegan. I'm vegan and I have a sweet tooth. I've been to many vegan bakeries in Atlanta. This was one the best cakes I've ever had. I ordered the salted caramel with cream cheese frosting. It was so moist and not too sweet. It was perfect! My sister and I decided to try this gem of a place as a surprise for our mother’s birthday. It was truly a rewarding gamble. I ordered online on a Sunday and chose the option to pick up the order between 12pm and 7pm the following Monday. Abernathy is always busy nowadays so expect to maneuver a little bit if you’re driving and need to park. Vegan Review: I have been following Hebrew Bakes on IG since they opened up their bakery inside of Soul Vegetarian's WestEnd location. The shop had a nice selection of cakes and cupcakes available. I know they are also big on custom cakes. I went with the Red Velvet slice which was huge and could barely fit in the container. The icing was absolutely delicious and the cake overall was fairly moist. It is awesome to have another vegan bakery option here in Atlanta!
