I've been coming to Mammoth for over 40 years to ski and snowboard in the winter, and camp and fish in the summer. I've been lucky enough to ski all over the world and I honestly believe Mammoth is one of the best Mountains in the world! Not to mention the fishing is pretty good too! XTC Tours is the ski tour company I've owned since the mid 80's and in the early 90's I started using Mammoth Creek Condos for some of my ski groups.

I've stayed here during Christmas is a 3-bedroom + loft, a 1-bedroom + loft and a 2-bedroom + loft.
The location is excellent! The creek is beautiful.
Staff: Gary at the Front Office offers excellent customer service, he's very attentive and quick to answer any questions.
Their on-site staff, Guillermo, was very helpful when we needed help.

Rented Unit 31 which has a great location and beautiful views. Condo is a bit dated but cute and functional overall. Complex has nice facilities with 2 jacuzzis, tennis court’ and saunas. This unit had minor issues with some appliances not fully functional. Had firewood but no kindling and the newspaper in the bucket was wet due to a snow dusting night before. So, had to buy ( I normally collect it but snow prevented that) my own kindling at store. All this would lead me to rate it a average of 3 but here’s the problem; rodent infestation. My husband and I just rented at Mammoth Creek Condos for a quick trip with our four-month-old baby. The unit was very nice...spacious and clean. Unfortunately we booked through AirBnb which was a huge mistake. The owner of the condo totally screwed us over, basically they double booked the unit and we found out at 9am that we had to get out with nowhere to go. Luckily I thought to call the management company at Mammoth Creek Condos directly and talked to Gary, who was AMAZING!!!! Even though it wasn't their responsibility at all, Gary found us a different unit in the same complex so that moving

My absolute favorite place to stay in Mammoth. The owners - Gary and Cheryl - are an absolute pleasure to talk with and to host your stay. The condos are right by the public transportation pick up - which is GREAT. We have stayed here for two New Years' in a row, and plan to stay for many more. Can't say enough great things about staying at Mammoth Creek Condos. We'll keep coming back for more and more!

We had a great experience! I was shocked by how roomy the place was and super clean. We were in unit #17. We enjoyed the pool and sauna which was great. Its so close to everything. They got back to my emails promptly when I had questions and were very helpful at check- in. I ran the mammoth half marathon and loved that the course went right past the condo for family to see. I can't wait to go back!

Wow wow wow ... Aweeome understated condo for a great price and greater value. Owners were amazing (unit 23) and the 1 bedroom condo was surprisingly comfy. I literally could not have asked for more. We live in a beautiful 5000 sq foot house in carlsbad and this felt perfect to us. One day we evEn needed sleds and the owner went home and got his! Awesome!

Under Friendly New Management!! Complex is nice and quite! Outdoor grounds are very nicely keep during the summer with a redone tennis court, wood sauna, pool & two covered jacuzzi's. There are bike paths accessible, the Mammoth Creek runs on the property which people do successfully fish from. Located close to town, in walking distance of Von's and the city playground, across from Snow Creek's complex, golf course and driving range. The town's year-around free-shuttle, stop is up the street for especially easy access to either Canyon lodge or Main lodge in the winter

We stayed at one of thier rentals for the night and it was a very comfortable stay. There was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and surprisingly so were the restrooms. Plenty of towels. Complimentary coffee. Tv situation could've been better as its an old school tv and the DVD player wasn't working. Shower pressure was great and the water temperatures was stable which I appreciate!
Overall a nice place and I would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful complex and the views are incredible. I think my favorite feature is the stream out back. It's also centrally located to town. There is a bus stop at the end of the corner for going up to the Village and the Mountain.
Most of the condos are beautiful and well stocked and if you need any help the managers in the office are very nice. I know there have been bad reviews of management in the past, but from talking to another guest who has been coming up here regularly the managers are new and everyone really likes them. They make sure the grounds are kept up, take care of

We had the best stay at MMC. Our unit was newly upgraded, beautiful, quiet, and with a great view. I was very impressed with how well maintained the grounds are. The whole time we were there, there was always someone working on the landscaping, or keeping the the grounds clean.
We had one interaction with the manager and she was quite pleasant, not sure why the other reviews are up in arms about the management. So maybe if your goal is to party all night and make noise I could see your conflict with the management. However, if your goal is to spend family time and relax, the place is perfect
