Services
We conduct our home inspection services in accordance with the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) Standards of Practice (SOP). Newly built homes should be inspected for oversights in construction before a final walkthrough happens. We uncover the hard-to-find issues in construction so that builders can address them before the walkthrough.

I am a first time home buyer and was really nervous about the property inspection. Bruce Thompson made the experience very wonderful and pleasant. After he finished inspecting the home he took the time to explain his findings and answer any questions that I had (AND I ASKED A LOT!) He was very patient with me and explained things throughly. He stated that if I think of any additional questions to not hesitate to call him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I am a first time home owner and as such very nervous about the entire house buying process. One of the scariest parts of buying a new house is all of the potential problems you might be purchasing with the house.
I researched home inspectors in the area and found Bruce Thompson to come across highly rated and to have great reviews. We decided to go with him based off of those reviews and he met and exceeded the expectations.

Mr. Thompson provided excellent service for my mom and me. I called him and told him my situation and how I needed an inspection done soon. He was able to travel from Bullard to Tyler the same afternoon. He listened carefully to my situation and explained the process to me in layman's terms. He was very polite and did an excellent job on the inspection. He was very fair with his pricing quote. My mother thought he gave excellent customer service and was an expert in his field. She thought that he was a "very nice man" and that he did a very good job. I would highly recommend Mr. Bruce Thompson

Mr. Thompson performed our home inspection prior to buying our house. it was great because we were comfortable with proceeding in the home buying process knowing that everything was within acceptable ranges and regulations. The inspection could not have been more thorough! He made us aware of everything and anything that could have been going on or cause problems in the future.

Thompson Property Inspection was referred to me by a co-worker who could not say enough about how wonderful the inspection went when purchasing their home, so I decided to try for myself. Bruce was fantastic. He communicated well with me prior to my inspection, providing me with information of what to expect. The day of the inspection went so smoothly and he stuck to the time frame he quoted me. I really appreciate that he took the time with my house, but that he also respected my time away from work. He left plenty of time to walk me through the inspection afterwards, sharing photos and talking
