Please note that to complete the application process we will need a $35 Money Order, Proof of Income, copy of your Drivers License, and Social Security Card. Once renovations are complete, Studio apartments will start at $960/month, One Bedroom Units starting at $1,140/month and Two Bedroom units starting at $1,500/month.

I’ve never experienced living conditions this terrible. You give the illusion of safety with a gated property, but the gate opens automatically for any car coming in or out. The doors to get into the buildings have locks, but like the gate it is just an illusion of safety because they are broken. In several buildings the entry doors are busted now. There are no blinds on any of the windows, the fridge has broken shelves and covering peeling off, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to move in. This is a “furnished unit” but it has the cheapest of every possible item of furniture

I set up an appointment with them last week. I showed up early, my fiancé even came out to visit as well. Shes not from here. We get there the grounds was beautiful, right off the water everything. I go to the leasing office nobody there. One of the grounds keepers let me know the lady in the office left early. Even though I set up a time with them to visit, and have a email confirmation. I've been calling everyday to see if the place is still available and emailing nothing. Very unprofessional would not give my business to this place.

Wow! Won’t lie, giving a two star because I’m actually about to put an app in for this place because I actually use to stay here with my grandmother before moving. It was called “River Terrace” then and honestly was a nice place. Minor issues and actually remember the behind the scenes issues they would have. I’m hoping to actually see what’s going on there now and moving back if accepted but looking at these reviews, not sure if I would want to anymore. If anyone who stay there currently and have been since 2014/2015 please comment below.

What can I say? I LOVE living here. It's not only close to everything happening in Detroit, but it's made Summer in the City even more enjoyable! I LOVE my apartment, (it's beautiful) never had any issues but what small concerns (sorry I admit I can be a bit over the top at times) Management has always taken care of it in a very timely manner.
If you are considering a new home downtown I can't say enough good things about the Beach Club! Everyone is extremely nice and the views! It's hard to believe you aren't at a beach up north or down south. Now I can appreciate my summers again. Thank you

Horrible!!! The of this property is plan horrifying! Heat is bad! Everything is fixed wrong, and rigged! And when you ask them to fix even the smallest of things nothing is done. The buck just keeps getting passed and no one takes responsibility for fixing anything I've been begging them to fix issues in my apartment for months! Don't move here until they get new management!! Bad bad bad!
