Services
Ivy Manor was founded in 2005 by Susan and David Polster with the opening of their first facility in Fond Du Lac County located in Campbellsport, WI. Since then, Ivy Manor has transitioned it's elder services to Washington County via our state of the art three building complex located in West Bend, WI.
To provide a needed service to families and the community, serving the frail and elderly, physically disabled, terminally ill and those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's disease. To offer a safe and comfortable environment where families can feel secure that their loved ones health, medical, social and spiritual welfare is being provided for by a team of dedicated, supportive and caring professionals.
In Fall, Ivy Manor opens the doors of its first Assisted Living home in the Village of Campbellsport, WI. In Summer, Ivy Manor expands by opening its second facility located in the Village of Jackson, WI. In Spring, Ivy Manor breaks ground in the city of West Bend, WI for a three building campus. In Fall, Ivy Manor opens the doors on its first of three buildings in the West Bend Campus.
Since opening our doors, we have come to find a greater and greater need for specialized care in regards to those with advanced Alzheimer's and dementia. Generally residents with early stage Alzheimer's or dementia can live among the regular population in assisted living facilities. But when the condition becomes advanced, families were having a hard time finding an appropriate resource to assist their family and loved ones.
Please feel free to call and find out which positions are currently accepting applications! We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team at Ivy Manor Assisted Living. Whether you're looking for a full/part-time job or a volunteer position, Ivy Manor Assisted Living has many opportunities available.

Do not work here or send your loved ones here. They steal from them and don't care, management doesn't care either.

My mother asked for over 2 days for medical help because her oxygen levels were extremely low (79) before they sent her to ICU. She is thankfully better now . . . living elsewhere.

Revolving door for staff. Management seems ambivalent. Needs to improve.
