Natalee is the sole Owner of Hartford Estates. She found herself very passionate about this business and industry only a few years after her grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. It is our mission at Hartford Estates to provide compassionate care to seniors in a home-like environment that encourages independence and focuses on improving physical and emotional well-being. We feel that a smaller residential setting is most ideal for one to receive the individual attention and specialized care while continuing to establish meaningful relationships between peers.
Pricing is based upon the level of care determined during a pre-admission assessment and can vary. If you need more information about Medicaid health benefits and services, contact the local ADRC.* Residents must fit into our targeted client groups: Advanced Age, Alzheimer's/Dementia or other memory impairment, Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness, Traumatic Brain Injury, Terminally Ill, Developmentally or Physically Disabled.

Best place around for the elderly community. The Executive director is an amazing, one of a kind person! I swear her heart if made of gold! The love and compassion that she shows not only her residents but her staff as well. If I could give Hartford Estates 10 stars I would. It's very home like with incredible staffâ¤
