Services
Little Magnolia's program is designed to promote an environment that encourages creativity. We provide a creative environment not just of physical arrangements but also one that is permeated by an attitude of openness, acceptance, and encouragement. Our programs will provide experiences that will enrich and enhance each child's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
Toddlers learn more by doing and seeing, than by being told. Toddlers discover their world on a physical level. Therefore, they are active explorers and eager to try new things and use materials in different ways. In the Toddler Program, with patience and respect, our teachers redirect toddlers to help guide them toward controlling their impulses and behaviors.
Pre-K classes prepare children for the structure and schedule that they will be subjected to in Kindergarten. This is of tremendous benefit to the student as they start the year with an advantage over those children who did not attend a Pre-K program. Our Pre-K curriculum and daily schedule is based on kindergarten level learning activities.
Learning early on about science is very important in developing a child's mind. By adding exciting lessons to the science class, the children not only have fun, but they learn quicker through a hands on method. STEM activities develop the creative problem solving abilities that allow children to excel as learners.

This location used to be another child care center that was not so great. New owners took over in December of 2017. They completely remodeled the entire center. They have 4 classrooms Infant, Toddler, 2-3 year olds and 4+ Pre-K. The Director and staff are all certified in Frist Aid and Child and Adult CPR. All Lead teachers have a level 3 ECE Credential. They are working towards Bronze Accreditation and will apply for Silver in December. They have an on-site cook, who cooks all meals fresh from scratch. They also participate in the Illinois State Food Program with the Illinois State Board of Education

My daughter attends Little Magnolias and we are very very pleased with them. The teachers in the infant room take such great care of her and have made our transition easy, this daycare is one I would most definitely recommend. The director has always been so attentive and even knows my daughter and I by name, which we totally appreciate because you donโt come across that too often. We have been very blessed by this daycare and by the people who run this place! Thank you so much for being the best of the best! โค๏ธ
