If you're looking for a real pro that knows the market, Ed is your guy. Ed helped us sell a property that hadn't been updated in years and had some other issues. Despite all that, he was able to get us a good price for the home. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone buying or selling a home. He was quick to respond to any concerns we had and would even call back on a Sunday or during non-office hours. Ed is the best realtor out there! You won't be disappointed!!
