I highly recommend this facility!! My dad started at Grinnell Health care Facility however, that was a 1 to 2 hour drive for us family members so we found a facility in Muscatine, I took my dad out of that facility in Muscatine because of the poor care he was receiving and Grinnell was so happy to have him back!!! Love love love the staff

I was the guardian and conservator for my sister who is handicapped and was entered into this facility. I visit her every week because I lived in Newton and I took our mother with me. we went one week and she was not there they told us that she had gone someplace else. they said they had no papers that I was the guardian or the conservator. I hand gave them the papers to the head person there and explained to her that I was now her guardian and that was a year and a half ago. they refused to tell me where she had gone or if she was even in another facility until the director came back on Monday
