A Great company !! That gives excellent customer service! (Something that many businesses don’t know the meaning of anymore).
I used them for the first time last week, unfortunately, there was a scheduling miscommunication, I wanted them to come this week AFTER last weekend’s extremely high winds and rain forecast, So that the last leaves on the surrounding trees would have fallen to the ground by then and my yard would look clean after they finish.
To make a long story short, sure enough the leaves fell after the high winds & rain and my
yard didn’t look very nice for long, but Peoria

I am not usually this type of customer, however, I was VERY disappointed with Peoria Lawn's service. I requested a spring cleanup. I was quoted $168 for leaf removal and bin lawn mowing. 2 techs. I confirmed my appointment more than once. I was very excited to get home from work that day to see my lawn looking great. Well.....they never showed.… Okay so things happen right? I messaged the boss and he made it right. They were running behind due to the bad weather earlier that week. Okay fine that's understandable. Easy to set up appointment & good communication - until the day they were set to come & then nothing. Got a notification the next day that they were on the way. Acceptable grass mowing, but lots of sticks left behind. Did a great job cleaning up, though - no yard waste at all. Still not sure how to pay, but I’m sure that will get worked out.

Not great hourly service. Have heard some negative feedback about the labor from our neighbors. 6 hours for 5 piles of limbs two people cut in a weekend was a little nuts. Might want to get a fixed quote next time we do business. Owner was nice enough to give a discount for it taking so long, but the work was very slow and not worth $1,000. They never finished, we just sent them home and finished it ourselves.

I initially called to use this company in 2017 because of the great reviews but I was definitely deceived. Multiple times I had to call and remind Dave to come to mow my lawn and there were many times where he just responded that he didn't have the man power to do it, which I could understand but I also don't think he should have continued to take on new clients. I eventually cancelled my services after 2 mows but was never billed. I thought maybe it was because I had such a terrible experience but then, a YEAR later I received a bill for the service. Really? I still cut the man a check

I wouldn't recommend Peoria lawn to anyone. They are very unprofessional. I came home from taking my children to the dentist and he was mowing into my Windows. The man mowing was Anthony. I tried to explain to him what he was doing wrong. He called me names and didn't care about what he was doing wrong. I contacted his boss and he didn't seem to care either. They wasted 30$ worth of food and broke a window. They didn't pick anything up in the yard just mowed over top all the garbage and glass. I would've forgotten about the food and blowing the trimmings down my steps

Dave and his team are great! We took advantage of the discounted 1st time customer discount and we were very impressed! They are dependable and do a great job! I have used a few other local companies/people in the past and they do not compare to the quality of Peoria Lawn. My neighbors were so impressed that they too are now Peoria Lawn customers! Highly recommended. Discount is $20 for first time customers and then $40 after that.
