I have really bad dentist anxiety but Elite Dental makes my visit so much easier! I had a tooth filling done, I asked to have extra numbing done and they did. Trust me, I did not feel anything after she numbed me the second time. I will most definitely come back to this dentist! Thank you for the fantastic job!

Not sure if this is pandemic related but this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a dental office and I love the dentist! Needed a few cavities filled (requires injections for numbing) and teeth cleaning. The entire experience felt extremely rushed and barbaric! Horrible bedside manner. I felt like they were treating a car and not a person!

I went into elite dental care last week and got a cleaning and two cavities filled. Both top and bottom on one side of my mouth. I was numbed of course and only expected a bit of a sore mouth from the aftermath; this was not the case. First of all, the ladies were nice but definitely too rough. They wedged my mouth open multiple times. The dentist cleaned my teeth very rough and after me groaning multiple times that it hurt, continued to dig at my gums. The dental assistant seemed like she was training and didn't know what to do, she was asking the dentist many questions as if she was unsure

I was given an out the door quote in Sept. 2020, of $3500.00 for a procedure, and in Feb. of 2021 the office manager charged me another $495.00 for an x-ray she left out of the quote. I'm not sure if the doctor knew about this but that is bad business in my opinion. Then I stopped all procedures and asked for my dental records in July if 2021, the office manager said it would be 48 hours to receive an email with my records, well today is August 4, 2021 still NO records and I have emailed them with no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE !

I have been having tooth pain for about four months needing a root canal and no dentist gives two craps! So I finally came to this dentist thinking they would have a change of heart because I traveled over 40 minutes to get here just for the ladies in the front to give me attitude and when I am in excruciating pain I told them you guys are treating me different because I am on Medi-Cal. I decided to try them out as my home dental location & made a big mistake. My initial visit went ok although the reception desk wasn't very friendly at all. I just remember they had an attitude. I needed some work done on my teeth and Needed help with my insurance and called multiple times and was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call back. Apparently their systems were done for a WHOLE WEEK. Which is hard to believe. Few hours maybe even a day or 2 at most sounds reasonable. First of all, the cleanliness of this office is impeccable! The Covid-concern procedures they have adopted are clear and uncomplicated. It's obviously well cared for by the ladies that work in this office. Secondly, each and every person who works with you from the front office to the assistant, the super sweet hygienist, to the Doctor greet you so kindly, explain everything they are going to do and why, and leave the op room never making you wait too long before the next person comes in. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly. At my initial consult, I was running a little behind and called them. They were understanding. Once I got there, I filled out the paperwork and was quickly seated, then had x-rays done. He was confident in being able to do the root canal I needed.
Once my insurance approved it, I made another appointment for it.
He was precise in his work on my molar, and they gave me breaks as they worked. I was in at 8 am and out by 11 am.

I have been coming to this office for the last 1 year 1/2. Honestly, I can say it's been great so far. I've been to the office not once or twice but numerous times and every single time I always get treated with respect and get greeted amazing well by the front staff as well as the back staff. This by far was the worst dental experience I've had in almost 40 years. The dentist was curt and rude but he wasn't the worst part....the hygienist was THE RUDEST person I've ever met. She put pictures of my teeth on a huge screen and shamed me about how they looked. I left in tears before she could even touch them. She made me feel ashamed and embarrassed, even though I had told her I was nervous and uncomfortable. Please find somewhere else to go! Do not go here!!

I love the dentist except for the fact that I just drove out here from Antioch, had unexpected construction traffic on basically every road. Got here 4 minutes past their 10 minute cutoff and was told they had to reschedule me. I always wait at least 30 minutes to an hr to be seen and that's ok with them. But I show up 4 minutes later than their 10 minute cutoff and they tell me I have to reschedule? If you want your patients to never be late, always be there at the exact minute of their appt, then maybe you should do the same for your patients! Maybe you should not schedule your appts so

This place is great. Dr. Raman is really good and the staff is great. My two kids and my mom they all come here. Gave them 3 stars due to bad time management, my daughter had a 2:00pm appointment and at 2:25 after asking we were told it will be another 30 min. The appointment was only for general questions and cleaning for my 5 year old and took maybe 15min. Came in at 2:00 and got done at after 3:15.
