In 2006, she completed the National Dental Boards of the US and then completed the California Dental Boards (Licensing Exams) at the University of Pacific, San Francisco. It was my first time there since moving from Southern California and I can honestly say I loved every bit of it. From the hospitality to the niceness of every staff member that spoke to me and also the doctor. It’s very rare you find a dentist office that actually cares about the patients instead of being in it for the money and getting you to pay to get stuff done that’s not really needed. Also the cherry on top was the speedy service. My initial appointment was Tuesday and I was in the next day getting work done how awesome is it that?!

What an awesome office. Very helpful and courteous staff. They helped me schedule an appointment when I told them the urgency...I went in with a chipped front tooth , and the doctor worked her magic and my tooth is flawless! My particular insurance chose my dental office Which was Arch Dental. I had a broken molar So I called Arch Dental and the girl on the phone said she could get me in today at 4 PM. As soon as I hung up I checked the reviews on this place and a few of them said the front desk was rude to them so Of course when I got there at 4 PM my guard was up. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the Dr. and staff, the moment I walked through the door. They also knew my name And told me to have a seat In the lobby. I didn't wait five minutes before being called back by Yvonne Who was very welcoming

I just want to take this time out to thank you For all the work you done on my mouth . I was very nervous because I don't like coming to the dentist but everyone that works there made me feel very comfortable . You have a girl there name Victoria she was wonderful she cleaned my teeth so well I told her I never had my teeth cleaned this well ever . I found the experience relaxing and everybody helpful. So far so good. I went here after having an emergency with tooth breakage and wa so relieved to find out that the dentist may be able to save my natural tooth. I am so excited to see what the final decision will be.... Super sweet friendly staff. Loved the fact that they engaged in conversation and were extremely helpful.... Will update once procedure is completed!

As new patients, we were not welcomed to the office, nor even given a smile as we waiting for the receptionist to return to the front, no sorry for your wait. Then, I go back fir xrays and the girl seems inexperienced and after trying 6 times, she goes and gets a dental asdustant who blames me and tries to tell me how to not gag. First of all, you are using the old fashion crap way to get xrays....... And you are rude. Guess what, I don't have to give you my money. I also sent over xrays from Live and Smile, abd you want your own... I get you want to charge my insurance but nope, I do kot

I can only give this place a one star because nothing was done and my questions were not answered. After about 20 minutes of taking xrays the dentist came in. I asked so what did the xrays show. She responded by saying "I will talk to you about that later." She then examined my teeth and gums. I was told to come in every 4 months for a deep root cleaning for an extended period then it may go to every 4 months. My second question I asked her was will this deep root cleaning every six months resolve my problems? She said " that she will leave that explaination up to gum specialist

They will rip you off! Worst experience. Make sure you get approval from your insurance before they do anything first. They will send your insurance a higher paying procedure and then leave you paying it because the insurance denied it.
They are all about the $, not the patient. They lost a few patients for being dishonest.
