A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist because I feel she's not honest regarding insurance co-payments. She told me she could not do a crown for me because I didn't want to pay $500. (She actually phrased it like that- sorry I can't help you because you don't want to pay $500..!) I couldn't understand why she would charge me $500 when my insurance co-payment is $110. I had to find a new dentist and I was able to get a new crown for $110 co-payment at a different office. One of the best dental care office in the area and a great dentist by far! I was not happy with my current dentist due to the lack of experience in dealing with patient severe repetitive pains. I have a very bad toothache for 1 and a half years and have visited my dentist 3 times and they still cannot figure out the cause of my pain even though they did an x-ray each time. I feel like I needed a root canal but they always told me that there is nothing wrong with my tooth. I was very disappointed and skeptical with their analysis. Dr. Le is the best dentist I've ever had. Before I was so afraid of going to a dentist I put it off for 10yrs, eventually I had to find a dentist and it was a horrible experience looking for one. I went to 5 different dentists before finding Dr. Le. They made me feel like I was at a used car dealer. Using sale tactics to instil fear to make me believe I needed more than which was required. Trying to convince me that I needed the most expensive procedures to save my smile. Treating me like I was just someone they can make money off of. I absolutely love this place! I do not like going to the dentist, but really who does?!? They were so helpful and kind. Last minute I had to bring my Newborn because the babysitter canceled, and they were so accommodating when he woke up and needed to eat. I recommend this place to everybody!! It’s very clean, and I just can’t express how friendly the staff is!

West Valley Dental is a great place for comfortable dental care. If there is one thing I look for in a dentist, it’s someone whose judgement you can trust: Dr. Linda Le has that.
Dr. Le is such an easy person to talk to and is really funny. More importantly, she goes above and beyond caring for your teeth. She explains everything clearly and I never feel discouraged to ask questions.
Her staff are also knowledgeable, help keep up an environment that is friendly/professional, and most importantly for me, they are not intimidating. Even if you don’t floss/brush, they encourage you to care for

My family has been a client of west valley dental for over 15 years. My daughter went in for a cleaning and is 21 years old and was told she had 7 cavities and would cost 1100.00 dollars. West Valley called me to let me know about her teeth and if she would come in they would give her a discount of only 800.00. We elected to get a second opinion from another dentist with X-rays she had 1 cavity. Letting west Valley know what we were told the receptionist hung up on me . We have no insurance and always paid cash would not recommend very dissonance.

It is good to be back with my original dentist. She's always been friendly to me since I was I was child. And always doing amazing work to my teeth. Never had an issue with her or her staff. as well As always explaining everything to me if I have any question or concern with any. I'm just glad to be back with this office

My dental experience here at west valley dental has been amazing so far. Both the staff and the doctor (Dr. Le) are so kind and friendly. Personally I have a fear of shots so when I heard I had to get a shot to numb my gums for a filling, I absolutely FREAKED out. Dr. Le and her team were so quick to comfort me with kind words. In the end, I didn’t feel anything! Overall I think West Valley Dental has given me the best dental experience and I highly doubt that I will stop seeing Dr. Le and her team anytime soon.

Dr. Linda is Incredible. I used to abhor going to the dentist, mostly because it hurt and the technology was old and my previous dentist.
When I first went to Dr. Linda's office in 2015 I was instantly impressed with the sparkling clean and wow the technology was super cool. The biggest test was if the procedures were painless; and yes they are, even cavities were painless. Dr. Linda has a gentle touch and understands my fears.
My favorite part about visiting her practice is Her!!! She has THE best personality and truly cares about myself and my family. Both my fiancee and my 17 year-old son

Dr. Le and her staff are amazing! I've been a patient of hers for well over 10 years and they always do a great job. There is never a long wait and they are always so friendly. I have been Dr. Le's patient for the past few years and I am about to see her again in October for my 6 months check up. She is super friendly and courteous, and always discusses the pros and cons and the cost associated with each procedure. Overall a pleasant experience, from cleaning to teeth extraction. My family members are Dr. Le's patients as well.

I was a 1st time patient. I was scheduled for 3:30. I got there 10 min. early and was told my appointment was at 3:00. I got a call yesterday confirming my 3:30 appointment. I also, was told I got a call today, which I didn't. The office was dirty. The trash can next to the dental chair was overflowing and there was trash also on the floor. The office had a strange smell. The dental assistant polished my teeth and then the Dentist did my cleaning. Which usually a hygenist does. She wasn't gentle and got too close to my gums. I was not impressed at all with this place. I would not reccomend
