The guy we dealt with (owner?) was great. He spent time answering questions and giving advice. They had everything we needed.

Very helpful. I called and explained my problem. The owner walked me through possible solutions to fix the problem on my own. When I couldn’t figure it out, he got my problem fixed in about 2 hours. Took pictures for me like I requested to use for a warranty. I will never go anywhere else for work on my trailer.

Don't even know where to start. Paid for a quote to fix my trailer. Had to call twice for them to give the initial quote. 2 weeks later was told the couldn't find the specs for my axle and I'd have to bring it back.

Excellent customer service. Always have what you need.This place is the last stop when it comes to parts for your trailer.

Called this morning12-27-17. I need help with the lights on my trailer and the guy told me basically if i need a light bulb he's my guy but they are not servicing today and all but hung up on me very very unhappy with just a phone call, could imagine the service is not to much diffrent.shame on you sir.Also i'm a fellow buisness man myself and i would never talk or treat,my customers the way that guy treated me reguardless of the holiday season wich was his reasoning for not actually working today but being a parts boy and phone boy.shame shame shame.
