Five Forks Family Eye Care

We've been going to Five Forks Family Eye Care for 3 years. They are very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to this eye doctor for 3 years now (I believe) I think pretty much since they opened. I have not great vision (-11.00 in both eyes, floaters, astigmatism, and a corneal scar), and Dr. Klein has been the best optometrist I have been to (I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for over 20 years). I’ve always found it difficult to find both an accurate glasses prescription to fit my contact prescription, and all of my glasses prescriptions from here have been perfect! I needed a routine eye exam since it has been many years since my last one. Dr. Klein and his staff were great! I typically faint with anything eye-related, and they put me at ease. He answered all of my questions, and their glasses selection and prices were extremely reasonable. I have unusual vision insurance policies (primary and secondary) that are not widely accepted, and they took mine. I will definitely return!

I had a fantastic experience at Five Forks Family Eye Care. The staff did an excellent job helping me select the right glasses for my needs. Dr. Klein was thorough in his exam and patient with my questions. The office is stylish and welcoming. I will recommend Five Forks Family Eye Care to all my friends.

I had my first visit today and everyone in the office is really nice. I needed glasses and contacts so they helped me figure out what would be the best option to put on my insurance. They also explained everything to me. I did not feel like I was rushed they made sure I had exactly what I needed.

I will not come back. I was taken back 30 minutes late and Dr. Klein was very rude. He made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him and was rushed out. Their selection of glasses was not good either and they were very expensive. When I asked if they carried blue light glasses or if I can just order them online since I didn't need those with prescription he said he has never looked and didn't know. He dilated me even after I checked the box and told him that I would pay for the machines. It was such an unprofessional environment. I do not recommend this office. Just took my children in for back to school visit for the first time. What an amazing visit!!! Casey was super helpful from check in all the way through to check out. Dr. Klein was very knowledgeable. My child has Type 1 diabetes and he took the time to make sure everything was thorough and that my daughter understood what he was looking for. The whole experience was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I came for a regular eye exam and had a very pleasant experience. The doctor and the staff were happy and courteous and my appointment was right on time. The office is new and we'll maintained. Overall, I had a good experience there.

At previous eye doctors I have been to, I have felt pressured mid exam to get more thorough eye imaging tests done. Here they give you a form about some optional tests and whether you want your eyes dilated right when you come in. I enjoyed this low pressure approach. I also appreciated that it had clear pricing options listed on the form.

Very friendly people!! They walked me through the whole process and told me what was going on and why they were doing each test. They really care about the health of your eyes. Dr. Klein is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Five forks family eye care is the ideal location to get an eye exam. Clean, nicely decorated, very knowledgable staff in tracey and kacey who welcome every patient with nice greetings and smiles. Dr Klein is very knowledgable and on top of his craft. You can see the passion for what he does in his eyes. One of the most attractive thing about five forks family eye care is that each patient is only dealing with one doctor, who carefully treats you right, examine you properly without rushing and has state of the art equipements. They are very well organized and helpful.
