About Report

Mr. Jesse S. Atwal grew up in Tracy, California on his family's alfalfa farm. He grew up witnessing firsthand the value of hard work and determination. His family then moved to Merced to diversify their agricultural opportunities to farm almonds and peaches. It is through these experiences on the farm, that he learned the importance of hard work and could sympathize with their migrant employees' everyday struggles.

I had a consultation with Mr Atwal in Feb 2021. I need to obtain my Naturalization certificate. He informed me of the long process it could take due to Covid-19. Just shy of a full year, today, Jan 3,2022, I received my certified copy of the naturalization certificate. It is GOLD. No value can be put on it if you ever lose it. Thank you Mr Atwal. And to your assistant Maribel. Both of you eased my mind. I am so grateful when you replied to me on Next Door.

10/22/2021 - Updating my review as of this date. Finally after about 10 hard and stressful years, thanks to Mr. Atwal my husband's case is approved and he received his permanent residence. I first searched for an immigration attorney back in 2019 and located this awesome attorney. We went to Mr Atwal for immigration advice. On our initial meeting he seemed more knowledgeable than others we had approached. We had a really complicated situation. My wife was studying on a J-1 in the United States for many years but when she graduated it required that she work in an underserved part of the US. We had to convert my wife's J-1 to H1b visa. See what I meant! It's complicated!! Anyhow the national law firms seem to always sent us to the least experienced attorneys, but as I said our situation was complicated.
We were happy with all his efforts and his clarity at each step
