I would like to bring to your attention our experience with Superior, LLC in Vancouver, Wa who you have a contract with.
We began the mitigation process with Superior around June 17th which all went quite smoothly. We were told at that time it was a "small project" and we would most likely need to stay in a hotel for "at the most a week" while the floors were being finished. Unfortunately, we ended up staying in the hotel from July 29th-September 3rd with the exception of 10 days while we were on vacation in August. Superior was extremely unreliable, unpredictable, and

We had a fire at our house and these guys came and not only took care of everything but set all of our fears at bay.
They rebuilt our home and restored our contents
My wife and I were happy through out the entire process. We heard horrific stories at the hotel we stayed in from others going through similar experiences Thank you Superior!

We used Superior when our house had a water damage throughout the entire upstairs and down. They were awesome! I cant say enough about the people who came and took care of the water and the damage. When they put the house back together, though there were some time delays because of the material I picked, I feel it was it was put together in a timely manner.
I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
