I usually don’t like to go to any doctors. However, I had bad back pain, so someone recommended I go see Rebecca. Not only did she spend time to determine the root cause, but also applied a combination of chiropractic and dry needle therapy to address different areas. I went to other offices before and the doctor would spend 15-20 minutes with me. Rebecca took her time to make each treatment effective and beneficial for me. I can tell you, I feel like a different person the next day after an appointment with her.

Dr. Sutphin is the best provider I have ever seen to help alleviate my pain and help me approach overall wellness. I love that she can provide chiropractic adjustments as well as acupuncture (best of both worlds). After three visits I was completely pain free. I love her muscle testing approach as each time is different depending on what my body is going through. I have also completed the supplement appointment in which I know the supplements I am taking are personal to me and what my body needs. I have struggled with migraines for a very long time, and Dr. Sutphin has been great at helping me manage my pain, particularly with acupuncture. I really appreciate that she is not always trying to upsell me tons of supplements or insisting I come in multiple times a week for months at a time. Dr. Sutphin offered help where no help could be found. My gut was in constant turmoil due to stress and I was at my wits end. A few Accupuncture treatments and it was totally under control. Dr. Sutphin was a huge help when I had pain in my neck and shoulder. She used a combination of Acupuncture and soft tissue release and it worked very well on me. I saw her for a few weeks and the pain started going away. She also did muscle testing on me to figure out where there was imbalance/stress in my body and added Acupuncture points accordingly. I am very satisfied with her treatments and highly recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Sutphin after suffering from chronic headaches for several weeks. She gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. She recommended an acupuncture treatment, along with trigger point release. The difference was night and day immediately. At the end of the session, not only was my headache gone, I was so relaxed and calm. I felt as if the acupuncture session dissipated my stress and felt completely refreshed. It's been 6 days since my treatment and I have not had a single headache! My neck feels wonderful and my range of motion has improved greatly.

Dr Sutphin Has been an incredible resource for my post partum journey on beyond. I initially started seeing Dr Sutphin for lactation and back issues along with a tingling in my wrist that wouldn’t go away weeks after delivering my son. In one session of acupuncture she helped with all three. Fast forward a few months and I’ve been having… terrible plantar fascia pain. I have been suffering from storm related migraines since I was a child. I am now 54. I had tried many suggested treatments and had not had much success. I decided to try acupuncture. I have been very happy with the results. I have not had many storm related migraines and if I do, they have not been lasting long. I am thrilled that I found Dr. Sutphin based on other reviews. I currently see her for a combo of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and soft tissue trigger point release. I initially went for pain/numbness resulting from trying to get back in shape after major surgeries. I admit, I was skeptical about acupuncture and muscle testing. I am an untiring advocate of logic and reason. Much to my surprise, in addition to a rapid improvement in my primary concerns, I have had drastic improvements in migraines and stress (even during a pandemic). Dr. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and compassionate. She really looks at each patient individually and figures out what your body needs. She knows how to "talk" to your body to see where it is struggling most, and she uses acupuncture and acupressure to channel the energy through the appropriate pathway to best treat you. I have issues with anxiety, hormonal headaches, and fatigue, and after a few sessions I could definitely see a difference in how I felt. Go in with a headache and poof! its gone.

Dr. Sutphin is a life-changing experience. I have a past head injury that has left me with crippling migraines on a regular basis. She helped them decrease in frequentcy and severity without harmful and addictive medications. Strictly with cupping and acupuncture she was able to make me more productive at work with less sick days. She is kind,… understanding, and honest about what needs to be done and how. Magical Hands Dr. Sutphin Has! I started Chiro/Acupuncture sessions with her due to stiff, immobile joint pain issues and overall energy sluggishness. She’s very thorough and has great attention to details. Just after 4 sessions, things drastically improved and continue to do so as I’m now on a monthly tune-up maintenance plan. I’m now more physically active and finding myself needing less sleep. I definitely suggest you be proactive and book a session – NOT wait until you’re in a chronic condition. Thank You Dr. Sutphin!

Dr. Sutphin has made a huge difference with my physical health. I have been to many chiropractic Dr's over the last 15 years and she has by far made the most progress to relieve my Sciatica pain. She takes the time to figure out what the true problem is with out having you come 3 times a week like all the basic Dr's do. She is on a different level of care. I highly recommend her services.
