They towed my car after car accident, gave me business card and told me to call insurance to let them know where my car was. I contacted my insurance next day and gave told McAdams towing company that is ok to release my vehicle to my insurance appraiser. I asked for my license plate that is actually personified, and they stated they will sent in the mail. Well , did not receive my plate yet even my insurance called 4 times.
So I called today and THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME! Yes!!

The service from this company was horrendous. They would not let us get our vehicle back after an accident. Probably keeping it on the lot as long as possible to get more money out of us. Then, when we went to get the car back, they locked us inside the gate and left. We called them and told them we were locked in. We waited for an hour, called again and got no answer. We were stuck for hours inside the gate. If zero stars was available, that would still be too high of a rating for this service. I would never recommend this service to anyone, even if it was the only one available.

Used them twice with my road side assistance program. They are great! Friendly and professional service. My only issue was the wait time, both times we waited over an hour...not sure of that was from using road side assistance or if they were just busy! But other than that would absolutely use them again.

In town from Dallas to see family.
Called this service and waited over 2.5hrs only to have tow truck arrive then express that his tow truck is malfunctioning.
He expressed earlier that he'd been out in Dauphin island servicing cars, and that he needed to go home and change clothes.
What a Terrible Inconvenience!!!! (for us both)
Very Unprofessional, as a simple call would have allowed me a bigger window to get my car serviced before they close. It is now 4pm. They close at 6pm.
I am so glad I wasn't on the side of the busy Highway!!!

I dropped my 85 Chevrolet to get painted and went by to check on it 2 mouths later and nothing was done. I was given a quote for $2500 from there shop manager and gave them a $1200 deposit. The owner decided they couldn't make any money painting my truck so they said they were not going to paint it. I told them I want my deposit back and they said… they would check on it and never did. So I went and got a copy of my check and they said they were going to charge me storage fees for my truck. I think they are trash and thieves. No descent Christian person does business this way. I wouldn't

I just finished up with a gentleman from McAdams Towing by the name of Casey. He was very helpful and I will definitely be telling others all about the great service he provided. Most people just do enough but Casey, gave me helpful ideas about taking care of my car. He spent time explaining how important it is to turn the car on especially if you are no longer driving it. Broke down after a tire blowout, and State Farm dispatched the tow order to these guys with an ETA of 45 minutes along with their contact number for updates.
Contact number went straight to voicemail, and nobody showed up within an hour of the dispatch call. State Farm even tried to call them directly and couldn’t get an answer, so they had to dispatch a second company to get the job done after all the wasted time.
If you’re going to advertise as a 24 hour towing company, you should at least answer or return calls. Really disappointed.

I'd say it's pretty hard to get a good review if you're towing off illegally parked cars.... I get it. My issue is being provided information on the yard location (and great, clear directions at that) and not being told once that the driver would require only cash for payment. Yup, $300 CASH! The driver said she tried to tell you on the phone, so I… 'm like ok, my bad, I'll have to listen to that recorded call in a bit. No, NO mention that the driver would only be accepting cash.... just, yes, we have the car, clear directions on its location, driver will meet you there and is on his way
