Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company, and I am one of the easiest people to please. The owner is rude and unprofessional, to be polite. We waited 5 hours and never heard anything from this guy. When we called our insurance company they had him call us and he said he tried to call multiple times. There was ONE call on our phone from this guy. He needs to be shut down by the BBB.

I absolutely didn't post this , I am not one to post on anyone's page let alone say I "hate" that is a harsh word and not something I'm known to say. I will say I do know the S&H family and their operation, allthough I haven't used their towing service for lack of need , Shawn is a wonderful person along with his family and employees and has operated a family oriented business in the Springfield Clark county area successfully for quite a number of years. I'm sorry for how ever this was posted and have nothing but love for Shawn and his family. Happy Holidays,. JW
