I told them the address and the name of the business I was broken down at. I was at the very front and I waited an hour and a half and they said they couldn't find me. They said they came to the address and I wasn't there, and they still charged me for "the tow truck driver having to come out" even though I think it's a scam. They probably do this to people all the time. They don't have an office and they run it out of their home. I would advise not using this towing company. It was 60 dollars for me to just sit there and wait.

Can't beat good help. I cracked my alternator housing because I was missing a brace that holds it in place. He showed me exactly where the brace was supposed to be located, got my car home safe and, even offered to help me locate the brace if I couldn't find one. Thanks again. Appreciate everything.

To be fair, I didn't call directly for service since it was arranged through Geico. I called Geico at 11am. It is now 220pm. No tow.
The original estimated time was 60 mins per Geico, but the driver did call directly to let me know there were two ahead of me but he implied they'd be quick so I didn't sweat it.
Then he called again to tell me he had a blowout. Again, totally cool. Outside of his control.
Then he called again to say there was one ahead of me at noonish. Then he called at 136p to say he didn't know the address so I texted it to him and he said he'd be here in 26 minutes.
