Eric Luebbe went above and beyond to help my husband and I figure out our policy. He took time make sure all questions were answered and explain breakdowns, including the weekend because my schedule was just so hard to work with. He really made us feel like valued people and not just a number. Every time I contacted the office, I always had friendly and patient help from everyone. Eric and team are amazing, this year Eric helped me find home owners insurance that cut our payment in half. Recently we bought a new car, I called and everything was handled for me in a matter of 5 minutes and all I had to do was print off the new insurance cards.
