It was nice and quiet

Great pedicure chairs
Gorgeous chandeliers
Every staff member was easy to communicate with
Every client seemed satisfied
Only con was lack of chrome powders
It's pricey, but the same price as almost every other salon I've been to since Covid
I understand businesses had to raise their prices because of Covid.

I used to come here a lot when my own nail tech was booked because I knew they WERE good ... idk what happens over years ... they only care about their money ... I had really bad experience I got my feet done and the lady cut my toe with the blazer .... and than also scraped the bottom of my feet and I couldn’t walk on it for a week . Also the lady who did my nails cleaning my cuticles cut my nail and started bleeding .... this all happened at the same time ... last time I would ever go to this place . Beware! Prices don't match and they will charge more! Online and their services board has one price but their pedicure prices went up $10.
Pedicures are inconsistent from visit to visit.
Eyebrow services are severely lacking. Going to have to go to another place to have them fixed. My sister's don't even look like they were waxed at all and the tech didn't wax underneath her eyebrow on one side.
My sister and I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and the new ownership leaves a lot to be desired and it's really disappointing.
Off to find a new location that provides quality services

75% of my eyelashes were ripped off from here. I knew it was too good to be true that she did a full set of extensions in just under 40 minutes. Turns out they were applied HORRIBLE with glue everywhere. I had beautiful, long, thick lashes before and now they’re RUINED. I’ve never been more frustrated because I’ve always taken great care of my lashes. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. This is my biggest regret.

There sign about walk in are welcome is not welcoming at all. It was only two customer in there and they were not busy.
I wanted a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was suppose to be deluxe (hot stones , paraffin wax etc) I ended up getting a regular pedicure service which I didn't get any paraffin wax or hot stone or massage . The worst pedicure ever.
Than the manicure was rushed it was only mail cutting and mail polish smh

As a local resident and the convenience in terms of location I attempted to get my lashes done. During the first visit I waited over 43 minutes and had to leave for other reasons and did not receive service. The second time I was told to come back on Friday after making an appointment (wed)because my eyes weren’t relaxed. I have had my lashes done many times and I could feel the discomfort in the materials used in which I addressed. She told me that someone on Friday can do it better. Not sure if it was just a bad day but one of the techs was extremely rude. She was super aggressive with my nails. I felt like they were rushing to get me out but at one point I was the only one in there and at max there were 2-3 of us. My nails are just ok, some are crooked & polish is not done right on them all but I was so frustrated I didn’t say anything about them, I just wanted to get out. The tech who did my toes was great.

Walked in (they have a sign that says they take walk ins) and asked if they had time to fit me in for a dip. They said yes, and then when I was getting my pedicure done they said they wouldn’t have time to do a manicure. It was 6:00 and they closed at 7:30 and there were only two other customers there and 3 workers. If you’re too busy to squeeze someone in, that’s fine but just wish they would have been honest in the beginning so I could have gone somewhere else and got everything done.

I did not make an appointment, but the sign said "Walk-ins welcome". I thought I'd take a chance and get a mani/pedi and brow wax.
A wax was able to happen, albeit quick with pain/red eyelid skin. My past experiences in other shoppes have not had this occurrence.
As soon as my wax was done, I was told a mani could be given as well. Not a lot of friendly chatter and the mani was quickly done. I didn't feel like a lot of attention was given, a bit of an un-even nail trim, and a lack-lustre hand massage.
If reservations are the preferred method, that needs to be on the signage

I'm so happy with how my nails turned out! I wanted them to be simple and pretty. I found a photo on Pinterest and called to book an appointment with Han (she is young and calm). I liked how she cleaned my cuticles with care and didn't rush my manicure. Overall, I will be coming back for a shellac manicure! LOVE how they turned out!

I went in to get my lashes done and booked my appointment for a volume set, when I asked how much I was quoted $90 for mink lashes on the phone. At my arrival the lady working there asked me what set I wanted and I said I made my appointment for a volume, she than goes to tell me a volume set is $120. After some back n forth I decided to just move forward with a hybrid which was $90. I reconfirmed with her if she was doing mink or synthetic, stated mink but wasn't confident in her response. My appointment was at 3:30pm and she started doing

This is the worst place I've ever been at. I've been a loyal costumer for 4 years and the last few times I came my dip powder sets came off like a fake nail after 4 days I had the same lady do my nails both times, not to mention overcharging me for a set that I could get at Walmart and glue them on my self.I paid 50$ for a set for it to come off in 4 days? I hope the lady that did my nails gets fired because this isn't the first time I saw other costumers have issues with her. I will be happy to come down and explain this in person to the manager. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

First time at Ruby's and loved my experience! Going on vacation and wanted to get pretty last minute. I got there at 9:30 when they opened to try to squeeze in a mani, pedi, and lash fill without an appointment. They hooked a girl up!! Ladies were super nice. There was a lil snafu with the polish but they fixed it. Think I found my new nail place!
