I brought in two trailer tires to be mounted. The tires were not on the trailer, so they did not need to be removed from the trailer. When the old tires were removed and the new tires installed, I was told that they would be spin balanced and they were not. The technician said that they never spin balance trailer tires, although I was charged $25 each tire and it listed that spin balancing had been done. I asked the technician to spin balance them when I noticed it had not been done and he said that he attempted to but the tires would not fit in the machine. The invoice was never adjusted to remove

This place was terrible I went there for a oil change they stripped my bolt while taking it out, Let me leave with oil leaking through the boat three days later I came back because I had absolutely no oil left in my car and they told me the person before my initial first visit striped the bolt. That is completely false.
Now I’m left with having to replace my oil pan they put silicone around another boat just to get me good until my next oil change ended up spending more money in the long run when all I wanted was a oil change done correctly.

Just finished work and really didn’t want to stop for my oil change. Stopped in Lube Depot hoping I wouldn’t be sitting all night. Lol. One guy was working in the back with about 4 cars to attend to. Matt checked me right in and assured me that it will not be a long wait. Of course, I thought it was his job to say that, but he stood by it. Matt personally went in the back, pulled my car in and did my oil change for me along with new wiper blades. Not only was the service quick but also professional. I love Lube Depot! I’ve been taking my vehicles there for any and all service needs for years, and they’ve always done an amazing job at a fair price. Most recently I needed to take a last minute trip into snowy upstate NY and I realized that my tires were less than adequate. I called them on a Friday morning and they were able to get me in the same day to have new tires put on, which was a lifesaver (probably literally). I’ll continue to use Lube Depot for all my car repair needs for as long as I live in the area - highly recommend!

I certainly will come back to this place as they are extremely kind and friendly. Also the waiting area is the nicest, most comfortable , warm waiting area I have ever been in. It was like being in a cozy living room with magazines, working tv, comfortable couch with pillows for your back, and a little rug on the floor.! I asked them to check my brakes because they were making a noise and fix it along with changing my tires. My husband went to pick my car up and they told me my brakes were perfect and I may need maintenance to my rotors but nothing serious. I just went to Firestone and they had to replace my rotors and brake pads and said I should have done it a long time ago! I would never go to Lube Depot again and I suggest no one else go either if they like driving safely.

I had an issue with my car that no other mechanic was able to diagnoseand Lube Depot took care of it quickly. They have great customer service and kept me well informed of what was going on with my car. Although I had a much larger repair than originally realized (catalytic converter replacement), Lube Depot has my car drivvng beyter than it has in almost a year. Their prices are fair too.

My son and I went here for an appointment for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. I knew what needed to be done, but when I asked if the air filters and the fluids were checked, the associate stated yes, according to the technician. I have attached a picture of the cabin air filter that “was in working order”. This is the reason why I perform most of our basic maintenance, but we wanted to have the basic items checked while the car was in the shop. I Am very disappointed with this service.

My wife I both service our vehicles at this establishment. I never used there oil change discount coupon in the past. Yesterday, I ask for a discount due several visits there and never utilizing the coupon. I informed the manager that she could look up all information on both vehicles that would not show any discounts were ever applied. She was was rude and condescending in regards to our conversation.
