More and more people are using the legal system to deprive others of their life's work. Over 19 million new lawsuits are filed in the United States every year, many of which are frivolous or settled for sums greater than the actual liability.

Business owners, professionals such as doctors, dentists, lawyers and accountants, and property owners in particular should be aware of the risk associated with conducting their business, practicing in their respective fields, and taking responsibility for others.Without a massive overhaul of our legal system, the risk and potential liability is not going to decline.
While nobody wants to think about death or disability, establishing an estate plan is one of the most important steps you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones. Proper estate planning not only puts you in charge of your finances, it can also spare your loved ones of the expense, delay and frustration associated with managing your affairs when you pass away or become disabled.
Without careful planning, much of your life's legacy could be lost to estate taxes. While a simple will can provide for the transfer your estate to your loved ones, it does not have special provisions for advanced estate tax planning. Federal estate tax laws were updated in 2013 as part of the American Taxpayer Relief Act which provides for an exemption of $5.25 million.
Many people have preconceived notions about trusts and believe that they are only for multi-millionaires who wish to leave large trust funds to their children. However, this is far from the truth; trusts can be invaluable tools in the estate plans of millions of individuals. Trusts are simply an arrangement where one party holds property on behalf of another party.
The high cost of long-term care has made planning a critically important issue for most middle class seniors and their families. In fact, most seniors will likely require some form of long-term care. Sadly, many of them are unprepared for the significant financial burdens it places on their family's hard earned savings.

Critical: Responsiveness
I was referred to this firm through an accountant. I contacted them 3 times: once through the website, and twice with the front person. One of these times I was sent to his voicemail. I planned on doing a good amount of business but I guess they don't need it.

Setting up a trust can be a very daunting, and let's face it, unpleasant experience (or so we'd heard). However, Mr. Lenzi made sure he put some of our fears and concerns regarding this process to rest right up front. He sat down with us and first got to "know" our family, its dynamics, and the plans and goals we had for our future and the dreams for our children and grandchildren. This was very important to us. How can you structure a trust that will meet and "exceed" your needs if the attorney preparing that document doesn't understand your "family". Family has and will always be very important
