I ran into a little bit of trouble late 2020 and needed an attorney to represent me in the matter. We had our estate plan and trust written 9 years ago by someone who is now retired. Our assets have become much more complicated since that time and we felt we needed a "checkup". Additionally, we wanted to make a change to our Trustees in the event something happened to both of us. We expected to be told we needed an entire new trust written at an extremely high cost. Alex gave us great advice to get us started and told us how to approach the changes with as little cost to us as possible. I couldn’t have found a better lawyer for my case. My case was very unique and very difficult and I was very worried and upset, and had never needed a lawyer before so I had no idea who to turn to. I could not recommend Alex more and feel extremely fortunate that he handled my case. Alex would always respond in a timely matter whenever I had a question and was quick to inform me of my best options going throughout the process. He also consistently communicated with the District Court and Prosecutors Office on my behalf to keep me up to date with the latest information on the case even after I moved outside the state.
